ANNUAL BUSINESS PLAN
Use this document in a way that supports YOU to create a vision and plan for your business. If a section of it doesn’t feel necessary for you at this moment, skip it. We’ve intentionally made it quite robust so you can gain more clarity on the bigger picture of your business and where you’d like it to go.
This isn’t designed to overwhelm you further so perhaps take your laptop to a quite space, make a big pot of tea and give yourself a bit of time to create this. You have to consciously step away from the day-to-day running of your business to step into the CEO role and light the path forward. So, even if your to-do list is long, carve out some time to do this. We can’t wait to hear what comes up for you and what you have planned!
It’s a Word doc so you can make it your own – change the colours and fonts to suit your business – go nuts! If you don’t have Microsoft Word on your computer, we recommend downloading it and then dragging it into Google Drive and ‘open as’ a Google Doc. Then you can edit it to your heart’s content. 🙂

ANTI-RACIST RESOURCE LIST
A starting point in supporting your commitment to anti-racism and anti-oppression work. This is NOT an exhaustive list but includes a bunch of coaches and consultants in this field, podcasts, books, articles, free trainings and communities.
SOS Support!
We’d love to offer an affordable way to offer you additional support in case you have times of crisis or a particular issue you’d love support on. For Level 2 Masterminders you have 2 hour-long calls throughout the year with the three of us. If you’re not a Level 2 Masterminder but would like to upgrade, please email us and we can provide the next steps for you and the cost of this. The SOS Support is not a call, it’s an opportunity to share what’s going on and receive specific feedback.
This is how it works:
1. You pay a fee
2. You record a Loom video (under 8 minutes) where you can share your screen and talk about what you need support with OR you can pop it in an email (note: the email may have 1 attachment with no more than 5 pages).
3. Within 1 week you’ll receive a response, probably via Loom as well so we can talk you through anything and will detail our recommendations. You’ll receive this video from one of us, though all 3 of us will consult on your issue.
4. You’ll have 1 week to respond and the support for this particular SOS call out will end. That’s it!
This perfect if you want more personalised support in a private way (i.e. not posting it in the Facebook group or bringing it up on a group call).
The cost of this is AUD$150 + GST or if you’d like it fast-tracked (a response within 48 hours) it will be AUD$250 +GST. We’ve used SOS support services and calls like this with our coaches before, especially when something big is coming up, a transition is occuring or an issue has arisen that we need immediate guidance on to move through.
